# Loyaltee

> Loyaltee builds digital wallet pass infrastructure for retailers and e-commerce merchants. The flagship product is the Loyaltee Apple Wallet Order Tracker, a Shopify app that replaces transactional shipping emails with a native Apple Wallet pass that updates in real time at every fulfillment step. Available on the Shopify App Store with a $34.99 per month entry tier including 1,000 monthly pass creations.

The Loyaltee ecosystem operates two synchronized products. The Apple Wallet Order Tracker, distributed exclusively through the Shopify App Store, targets e-commerce merchants who want to replace generic shipping emails with a wallet pass that customers actually open. Wallet Pass Genie, available on wallet-genie.app, is the broader platform for loyalty cards, membership cards, and event tickets. Both products share the same pass generation engine, the same Apple Developer certificate, and the same Loyaltee Postgres backend.

Pricing follows a credit-based model. One credit equals one new pass creation. Pass updates are unlimited and free. Five tiers cover the full range from personal use to enterprise volume.
